Hi my name is Jody Ellis, and I am a Jamaican. I have been working in the customer service field for over three years. I started my career journey with Ibex Global Solutions and was working on the Amazon.com account as a customer service representative. The skills that I have attained during my tenure include: assisting the visually impaired, handling billing inquiries, providing technical support on devices such as iOS, android, windows 10, amazon devices and providing product information. I then moved on to the insurance side of customer service, where I've worked with Aetna Insurance as a healthcare representative, where my responsibilities were to assist with providing coverage information, locating in-network providers, claims rework, and claim management, scheduling appointments, and assisting with finding resources for services that are not covered. I am enthusiastic, self-motivated and a fast learner also, I am able to work well both in a team environment and using my own initiative to solve problems.
