Jodie Ann Ebanks

I’m a strategic and results-oriented finance and operations professional with a strong background in treasury management, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance. Over the years, I’ve built a career that spans consulting and financial services, allowing me to develop expertise in liquidity optimization, foreign exchange management, cash flow planning, and streamlining operations. I’ve worked in both structured institutions and dynamic, fast-paced environments, always focused on delivering insights that strengthen financial stability and drive growth.

In my current role as a Treasury and Finance Consultant, I provide strategic oversight and financial guidance to help organizations maintain control over their resources and manage risk. I also serve as a Senior Project Consultant at Business Intelligence Holdings LLC, where I lead stakeholder engagement initiatives, facilitate corporate training, and implement process improvements. Whether it’s developing a financial strategy or supporting a corporate initiative, I bring a collaborative, analytical approach to everything I do.

Previously, I worked as Treasury Manager at Stocks and Securities Limited, where I led foreign exchange operations, improved receivables management, and ensured compliance with FSC regulatory requirements. My role there sharpened my leadership skills and strengthened my ability to navigate complex financial and operational challenges. I started my career as a Treasury Officer, where I managed reconciliations, investment coordination, and early collections activities—laying the foundation for the work I do today.

Academically, I hold a Master of Science in Corporate Finance from the University of the West Indies, a Postgraduate Diploma from the Jamaica Stock Exchange e-Campus, and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Technology, where I graduated with First Class Honours. I’m certified in Anti-Money Laundering, Corporate Governance, and Lean Six Sigma (White Belt, with Yellow Belt pending), and I’m skilled in tools like Microsoft Office, Bloomberg, ACCPAC (SAGE), and other banking platforms.

Outside of work, I enjoy creating balance in my life through the things I love. I’m an avid cook who loves trying out new recipes especially when paired with a glass of sweet white wine. I wind down by watching my favorite series and spending time with my older sister, who’s always been one of my biggest supporters. I also love adventure whether it’s traveling, exploring new places, or doing something spontaneous. These experiences keep me grounded and bring fresh perspective to both my personal and professional life.
