I have no experience as a virtual assistant. I've been working as a data entry specialist and customer service to RTA (real time analyst) in workforce management for more than 6 years. I'd like to describe myself as a dependable employee and a problem solver, cause if you look in my working history it's merely revolved working as a team, supporting my team to exceed client expectation and solving problem virtually, either is it customer facing role or assisting clients and managers with their daily concern .
