As a Property Manager for Elite Concepts, LLC, I was responsible for overseeing rental operations, coordinating maintenance requests, handling tenant concerns, and ensuring that property owners’ needs were met. I managed documentation, rent collection, and contractor coordination—all while working remotely and maintaining professional communication with U.S.-based clients and service providers. This role honed my multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to timely resolution of concerns.
Before that, I worked as a Virtual Assistant for Business Hero Solutions, where I supported customer inquiries and managed the company’s social media platforms. My role involved digital content planning, basic graphic design, and maintaining engagement across channels.
