I have been in the BPO industry for 11 years specifically provisioned to provide service as a data entry operator, reviewer and team lead. I have an experience handling a team of encoders and reviewers for two years. Currently, I am working as a reviewer in a background investigation company wherein I review all the data that has been already entered into the system. That being said, I am well-versed with basic software such as word processors, spreadsheets, database, and other record management software.

Also, I am capable of communicating extensively both within and outside teams and has an advanced written and verbal communication skills. I do have an exceptional typing speed as I am used to performing huge amounts of data entry in a very short span of time. I am also comfortable with all forms of data entry devices and comfortable using a mouse, keyboard, etc.
