I also worked as Email support from an e-Commerce store handling customer inquiries, provide order status, check with our printers about the status of orders, check tracking numbers and process refunds when necessary.  I am experienced with Shopify, Amazon Seller central, Trello, Slack, ticketing systems such as Gorgias, Re-amaze, Groove, and Zendesk.
