I have a varied skill set. Something that comes from arts and cultures to technology. I am a maritime archaeologist by degree, but currently I am working at IBM tools support. I am currently the problem solver of a certain set of IBM tools. I test its deployment and test also its functionality. Very used to work remote (IBM promotes it) and challenged with resolving issues on a daily basis. Customer support is also something that I have started with here at IBM. Working as a customer support representative for the Portuguese market. Learned the End to end process, from pre-sales to post-sales, conducting contract validation and billing. Used to be under pressure and conduct professional outcome. This year I also managed to create a Website on wordpress (www.humanizing-it). All done by self learning and interest
