PERSONAL STATEMENT
My name is João Antunes and after finishing the computer enginerring degree in 2012 I
started a training period at GFI Portugal Microsoft Academy where I acquired some internal
technical .NET formations on C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET, Windows Phone 7 and a some
knowledge in SharePoint 2010 platform.
During the GFI Portugal Microsoft Academy after an internal selection procedure I was
selected to the biggest internal project for City Hall of Cascais like ASP.NET developer in
internership mode.
I started my carrer as IT Consultant at GFI Portugal in professional internalship. I had the
opportunity to embrace new challenges in larges projects like web portal for City Council
services of City Hall of Cascais. I was lucky worked with competent people which I learned
a lot.
In 2013 I went to Innovagency to embrace a new challenge as :NET Software developer in
internal Core Production, I would be responsible for projects maintenance and
development new projects, all of them in .NET framework. During a year I had the
opportunity to participated in great and larges projects and started learning to like
SharePoint development.
July 2014, I was invited to work at Xpand IT for ambitious project, Microsoft Solution
Center. I increase teams for SharePoint and Windows 8 development.
In terms of career I can say that my specialties are:
• ASP.NET window forms and MVC
• ASP Web API
• WCF
• Front end development : Javascript, HTML 5, CSS 3, Knockout
• SharePoint 2010 and 2013 ( Beginner )
• XAML
I describe myselft as a commited employee and a team player.
To the future I want to continue learning more and grow my knowledge about SharePoint
development/ architecture and take microsoft certifications about that.

• IVedix Inc. • Development of solutions for windows 8.
• Brisa • Project SharePoint Migration. A SharePoint migration project from Microsoft Office
SharePoint Server 2007 ( MOSS 2007 ) to Microsoft SharePoint 2013 with a strong component of
Reporting Services (SSRS), Integration Services (SSIS), SQL and SharePoint administration
( Content data migration, deployment, etc).
