Roles & Responsibilities
Worked with a team that supports Smart Telecommunications
Blackberry Solution. Provides both off-site technical support for all Blackberry
enabled handhelds and performs daily technical maintenance task.
Troubleshoots various problems encountered by the product users and
provide easy information source for all client concerns and inquiries.
Responsible for monitoring peak memory usage of Servers on Critical
Weeks to ensure processes ran will meet SLA.
Performs server check if there are hanging sessions and killing these
processes to avoid excessive memory usage.
Performing daily maintenance tasks such as Disk Utilization Monitoring,
Monitoring table spaces, Server Balancing, checking archive logs,
monitoring system performance.
Generating Daily Report Logs
Incident handling: Resolve issues escalated by 1st level. (ex: data
