I have accumulated approximately two years of experince in the call center industry, serving as a Customer Service Representative accross diverse accounts, including retail, telecommunicatons, and life insurance.
I'm currently employed at Patra Corp LLC as a Virtual Assistant and I truly value my role because it has helped me continue building my skills and professionalism. My account focuses on non-life insurance, and work directly with the client. We communicate primarily through Microsoft Teams and Gmail, and the AMS (Agency Management System) I use is Hawksoft 6 and Outlook.
My main responsibilites include:
Data Entry( creatng accounts in AMS, updating client information)
Quoting insurance policies
Sending emails such as Cancellation Notices and offer to prospects.
Processing endorsements like Change Auto, Home Change, and Mortgage Change.
Managing checklist and Claims
Downloading and uploading files in Hawksoft
Open in Full time & Part time job.
