I have 5yrs experience working in technical Service Support, we are handling people who works in a bank connecting to similar server that the company provides, my scope of work is to make sure that their network connectivity is working, helping them with basic computer troubleshooting, instructions how to use a platform, changing informations on the system and other related tasks. I work as an A.I trainer before that too, we are specialized in making an A.I smarter and make sure that the A.I would understand simple human language, we feed the A.I information for it's algorithm - Decision tree, Generally, an algorithm takes some input and uses mathematics and logic to produce the output.
