I have worked with Expedia (US) an international travel company and Rethink Living Serviced Apartment (UK) as a customer care agent for inquiries and booking services and had enough experience in customer service.
I specialized in booking vacations, modifying trips for customers, change or canceling itineraries. Work directly with vendors, airlines, hotels, and car rental companies. and also send emails, calls, and follow-up guests.
I switched off on working from home and got a big chance to be hired as an ESL teacher, I had a beautiful experience teaching Chinese and Japanese students.
Later on, by upgrading my skills and studying how to become a Virtual Assistant I was blessed to be employed by an Australian Energy Company as a cold caller where I am tasked to do outbound calls and set an appointment for the product and service we offered.
