I'm an experienced Virtual Assistant that can cater to needs including, but not limited to: virtual assistance, social media management, data entry, transcription, proof-reading, video editing, etc.

My work experience includes 3+ years as a technical support representative and helpdesk analyst in multinational call center companies. The support is in the form of email, phone call, and via ticketing systems. With these companies being customer-focused, I have undergone customer service trainings as well. I also bank on my experience as an office staff where I learned administrative tasks.

I fancy watching series hence I developed this love for photography and videography. I have already explored several photo and video editing softwares, and even took a short course for video editing. I am confident I can also cater to some photo and video projects.

I have managed clients' and even my social media accounts, giving me experience with social media handling. I even went to the extent of taking a coaching course about how to become an even more effective virtual assistant to make sure I'm keeping up with all the advances in technology.
