I took up Bachelor in Elementary Education, major in Special Education at Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan. I've worked two call center companies in the Philippines which I handled calls from the USA. My first job was at Cebu Global Teleservices Inc., I was a call center agent outbound in sales, I performed outgoing calls, introduced, informed the product,and I sell the product to those who are interested. I actually handled all the objections very effectively. My last job was at Teleperformance Philippines, I was a call center agent customer service representative for almost one year. I handled incoming calls, I handled customer's account, customer's issues and or support issues, and I researched to answers or solutions as needed.
