I have over a decade of combined experience in operations, procurement, administrative and customer service. As an Operations Manager for a food service company, I have led the backend operations, implemented cost efficient measures and managed vendor relationships.

Previously, I have worked as a Procurement Officer where I handle supply and demand analysis, supplier coordination and sourcing strategy. I have an extensive experience in forecasting, preparing purchase orders, conducting market research, negotiating terms and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

I also have a background in customer service in a banking institution. Handling account transactions, resolving customer inquiry maintaining accuracy in high volume operations.

I am reliable, organized and committed to delivering efficient support both in person and remote setup.
