Most of my professional experiences are on customer service and supplier relations where my main task is to establish and maintain good relationships with the customers and/or suppliers. With the several years of experience on the said roles, I have learned on how to effectively carry out this main task such as expertise in service/product knowledge, interpersonal relationships, root-cause analysis, and process improvement recommendations.
My roles in data entry, vendor master management, data research, and in accounts payable requires accuracy and attention to details. With these skills and other skills I have gained through the years have led me to a leadership role handling a team of supplier relations analysts.
I can utilize these skills to help my clients grow their business, and at the same time, I am looking forward to learning more experience and skills as I work with them.
