Over the last 7 years of work, I've been working as a Customer Service Associate to different BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) in our country for almost 4 years. Most of the account I've worked with are very prominent and big companies in the USA. I was assigned for Billing, Sales and Technical Support. My English communication developed great as well my interpersonal relationship with our customers. I've been enjoying it since it developed as well my personality and working ethics. The remaining 3 years I have worked home-based. Here are the list of the scope of support in my job:
Technical Support Representative
Assisting customer with their technical issues in regards with their internet service.
Helping them over the phone by providing instructions and checking if their connections are working
Assisted customers who wanted to set up their internet connection through WiFi and configuration process.
Making sure that they can access the net and no problems with their email accounts.
Customer Service Representative
Processing payments over the phone.
Take orders for customers who wanted to make changes on their services.
Discuss billing issues and disputes on customers bill.
Making sure that customer understood and aware of his/her services for cable, internet & phone.
To make sure that customer is happy and satisfied on the way I assisted them.
Virtual Assistant
