I have worked as a Customer Service Associate in Sprint telesales for almost a year, and after all the hardwork, I got promoted as a Supervisor and handled different kinds of account. I support a health care account for five months (Blue Cross Blue Shield) and a seasonal account for one month (GameStop), and right now I am a supervisor of a Money transfer account for more than two years now handling three different line of businesses. I have the ability to work under pressure. I believe that my experience in the industry will help to manage the task that will be given to me in the future.
