I have an extensive BPO background. I have years of call handling and managerial experience I have been an agent, recruitment officer, trainer, HR assistant and manager in the field. During my time as manager, i have dealt directly with clients and managed different campaigns/ projects from Health to Business. I have also worked for web research, lead generation and data entry projects. I am confident in my skills that i could finish projects with good results. I am a fast-learning, hard working, result and detail oriented person.
