assist in following up release of payment for all billings.
Finalizes and certifies correctness of accomplishment reports for immediate billing purposes
and Management information, analysis, decision, monitoring and control
Coordinates with the client’s representative on a regular basis with regards to the on-going
accomplishment, project revisions, it’s actual implementation and other foreseen difficulties
at the project site
Inspects actual site conditions, work progress, work requirements and prepares plans of
action to counteract unfavorable trends to prevent further costs and damage to the project
Makes requisition of materials early to allow for early delivery on site
Supervises all site workers and ensure that the construction program is right on schedule
Conducts inspections of samples and materials delivered at the site and ensures conformity
with quality standards and correct usage
Implements safety measures by ensuring that all site employees are equipped with proper
PPEs in the execution of their work
Makes certain that all plans and specifications are implemented at project site
Maintains the jobsite at all times in an orderly and safe manner
Reports all violations to company policies, accidents and unusual incidents on site and
