In my almost 7years of experience in the BPO industry, I have performed various roles from Customer Service Expert, Escalation Support (Inbound and Chat), Technical Support Associate, Subject Matter Expert (Mentor) to Team Lead/Coach.
My experience enhanced my decision making skills, root cause analysis, data entry, data analysis and trending, action planning and a business owner mindset. Time is valuable and I make sure it is not wasted therefore each task is time bound.
I am also a people person and love meaningful interactions. I coach and develop people based on behavior and RCA while maintaining their morale and drive in order to provide exemplary performance.
I am pursuing a career in freelancing and work directly with clients to better understand each business needs beyond customer service, be able to contribute and continue to learn.
