I have been working since 2014 in sales, customer service and technical support across several industries, namely tourism, advertising and software development. During this time, I have been trained on a number of different software platforms, but most importantly how to engage with customers.
I have acquired valuable experience in all facets of providing technical, installation, and account support for all users. I am capable of translating highly complex technical information into terms and concepts that the end users can readily grasp; collaborate in a cross-functional team environment in order to provide an excellent customer service experience.
