I had been a project manager for two companies, wherein, I handled a team and other web design and SEO projects for the company, to be exact, my tasks for that position were assigning tasks to the designers using a project management tool, reviewing their work, test the newly hired designers and developers and web browser compatibility test. I also became a Marketing Assistant and among my tasks were managing this website www.launch2success.com and to help in the online marketing aspect of the company such as setting up a website for SEO(Installing analytics, page title, keywords, etc). However, the most challenging and career fulfilling job that I had was being the Business Development Officer at a local IT company in Cagayan de Oro City, wherein, I mostly handled web development and SEO clients for our company, I was also in-charge of doing SEO business proposals for our clients, market the SEO products, create business plans for the company and helped in recruiting new employees. However, before I became the Business Development Officer, I started at the bottom as an Article Writer, then worked my way up as a project manager for the WordPress team, until I got promoted to the Business Development Officer. Also, over the years, I was able to learn many things like using FTP, Installing WordPress and plugins, different SEO strategies, basic Photoshop and most importantly I learned how to manage people. Moreover, I am a team player and a great motivator and I am also passionate about my work, self-driven has initiative, can work under pressure and can work independently. With these attitudes and experiences, I believe I am the right person for the job.
