I've been working in the call center industry since 2010. I've handled multiple accounts of various fields; financial, telecom, entertainment, technical, hospitality, etc. The latest is a B2B back office account that handles inbound/outbound calls, chats, emails, research, data entry.

As a degree holder for English Language and Literature, I am also a writer. My specialty is fiction novels, short stories, and poetry. I wrote a couple of lyrics and scripts as well in the past.

In addition, I am also a game enthusiast and a cat rescue advocate.
