Joan Marie Retuya

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and have a 22 years experience as administrative assistant and legislative researcher. I also have a 6 years work experience as social media co manager and content writer. As an administrative assistant, i was in charge of organizing files and documents, answering emails, drafting correspondences, and organizing schedules. As a social media co manager, i do editing and proof reading write ups and contents. I also had a brief experience as a Virtual Asistant - Customer Service Representative where I assist customers with their concerns regarding ordering, replacing, returning and any inquiries regarding the products.
