ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FROM WORK EXPERIENCE

As OBM and Lead Project Manager, I handled a team of 7 people and made sure that tasks are allocated properly,
done right and done on time. I not only managed the team's productivity but also handled the business and
financials side of it. I made sure that payables are coming in, report red flags to the business owners and
ultimately help the business owner grow their business by being their 'right hand' to the business.
One of my favorite highlights of my career with HKOB was when my team and I helped triple the 'core' business
offer in my first five months tenure with the company.
INCREASE YOUR PROFITS- SENIOR CLIENT MANAGER
It was my responsibility as a Client Manager to make sure that our Digital Marketing clients are happy and kept
informed of the progress of their campaigns. That being said, I also make sure that their SEO and Rep Marketing
campaigns are successful and showing an upward trend.
As a Senior CM, I also onboard new CMs and make sure that they are aware of the ins and outs of the roles as
well as the processes we follow.
My favorite highlight during my term as a CM with them was when I did an upsell for a dentist client and it was
worth $4000 USD of recurring revenue for 6 months.
THE RESULTS COMPANIES - SENIOR TRAINER
As a Sr Trainer, I needed to make sure I assist new Trainers and Facilitators and that they are onboarded
properly and they are equipped with the 'techniques of the trade'.
I also facilitate my own trainings and I needed to make sure that learning and skills transfer happen.
What I loved about being a trainer was seeing my previous trainees climb up the corporate ladder and make a
name for themselves as well. That I think, is the greatest complement to being a trainer.

Left my 9-5 and experienced time freedom which resulted in more creativity and really
pursuing my love for Social Media Marketing
