Joan Dichoso

I've been a Recruitment Officer for an Amazon Coaching company which is a Homebased Job. My task is to help the company grow by looking for Team Members which are not just an expert on their field but also someone with a good character. 

Before that I was also connected with two big BPO/Call Center industry here in the Philippines as a recruiter. I can say I am used to do volume hiring, also used to sourcing the candidates using different Job portals and the Social Media of course.

I was also once a Customer Service Representative which handled a Telco Account with Sales on the side for their Plan Upgrades. I was then hired for a different company which handles Car Inspection schedules and after that I was transferred to another account which is hard core selling. We offer trainings and certification to Different Philippine Companies. 

With all of my experiences one great thing I've learned and was instilled to me was to have integrity. Even if no one can see you. no one can hear you, you still have to do what is best and what is right not only for you but also for your team and especially the company. I am also a team player and I always put my heart in everything that I do. 

As a Recruiter I always believe that skills can be thought but a great attitude can't be.
