For the past three years, I’ve worked as an appointment setter, where I’ve been responsible for engaging potential clients, scheduling meetings, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team. This role has sharpened my skills in lead qualification, persuasive communication, and CRM tools, all while helping me understand the nuances of customer behavior and decision-making.

Prior to that, I spent two years in customer service, assisting a diverse range of clients with empathy, patience, and problem-solving efficiency. This experience deepened my understanding of client needs and taught me the importance of consistency, trust, and delivering a great experience at every touchpoint.

Beyond my professional roles, I’m also a passionate UI/UX designer. In my free time, I design digital interfaces and experiences that are clean, user-friendly, and visually engaging.
