I worked as the head of IT where I helped deploy solutions to two major banks in Nigeria. Lagos Criminal Information System, Ikeja — Fullstack Developer/Lead Developer March 2020 - April 2021 I maintained the central database for all inmates across the state of Lagos, in the year 2020, I was also part of a team that built the first virtual court solution in Nigeria. NOTABLE PROJECTS World Food Program’s Global School Feeding Database — Detail (link) This application is a visualization of the global school meals database. It presents the distribution of schools across primary and secondary schools across the globe to the public. Technologies used: Next Js, AWS(Amplify, Lambdas, SES), Azure DevOps, Python, Contribution: Sole Developer LANGUAGES English, Pidgin English Lagos Criminal Information Software — Detail (link) This is a central database for all inmates across Lagos state correctional facilities. It has records of over 33, 000 inmates capturing their physical attributes such as; eye color, height, and facial dimensions as well as their respective fingerprints. This application holds the official sex offenders list for the state of Lagos Technologies used: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, C# Contribution: I built the portal where magistrates and judges of various courts can securely log in to access an inmate’s records. I also made post-launch updates to the application’s dashboard interface as well as security updates to prevent vulnerabilities. HC Matrix — Detail (link) This is an HR application for salary proration, employee performance evaluation, staff onboarding, Attendance management, Leave management, etc. This solution has been widely adopted across the country by top organizations such as LSETF, Bukkahut, Federal Road Management Agency, Orchid Hotel, etc. Technologies used: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, React JS, PHP, Laravel, MySQL, AL. Contribution: I was incharge of the Bukkahut deployment and also configured the biometric TAMS chrome devices for all 20 branches. First Bank Customer Portal — Detail (link) This is an e-commerce application that comes on the web and mobile. The purpose of this application is to reward all First Bank customers who transact above a given benchmark. Technologies used: React, Typescript, Redux, Laravel, Github, Azure DevOps Contribution: I was the Lead engineer of this project and I also contributed immensely to the development of both frontend and backend of this application Achievement: This project has been approved by First Bank, and this will go live soonest. Fidelity Bank Green Rewards Customer Portal — Detail (link) This is a web-only interface that serves as an e-commerce platform where authenticated Fidelity Bank customers can log in to redeem virtual and physical items by monetizing points they’ve earned from doing business with the bank and interacting with the bank’s various touchpoints. Technologies used: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JQuery, PHP, Laravel MSSQL, MySQL, Azure DevOps, IIS, REST API. Contribution: I was the Lead engineer of this project and I also contributed immensely to the development of both the frontend and backend of this application, I single-handedly built the ESB as well as the ETL tool used for data migration. Achievement: This project was approved and launched by Fidelity Bank Nigeria in March 2023. Since its official launch, it has raised a total of #620, 000, 000 in gross incremental income and has also paid no less than 32, 000, 000 points to various qualifying customers. Galvix Nexus App This software helps companies based in the United States calculate their nexuses (physical & Economic). Technologies used: Symfony, Docker, Github, Javascript, AWS. Contribution: I wrote and documented a couple of APIs for some modules using Symfony and NelmioAPiBundle respectively. The writing of these modules helped increase productivity. Lucky Picker Game This is a javascript where a user plays online via a web client . Technologies used: Express, Typescript, Github, React, AWS, Bootstrap, Mongo Atlas. Contribution: I built the backend APis using express js and I am currently working on the front end interfaces with React js alongside a dedicated UI/UX designer.. Lagos State Remote Court App — Detail (link) This application was introduced in 2020 during the lockdown, it was aimed at enabling stakeholders to hold virtual court sessions from their respective locations without having to physically interact. Technologies used: MERN, PHP, Jitsi media server, WebRTC, Flask.. Contribution: I maintained this application going forward and I also built the alternative video conferencing platform which served as an alternative to Zoom. Achievement: Since its launch in May 2020, this platform has held over 2000 court sessions and it is still actively being used by the state of Lagos. Packchat — Detail (link) This is a social media application just like whatsapp, aimed at keeping buddies together.. Technologies used: Symfony, Docker, Github, AWS. Contribution: I wrote 3 modules for this application, events module, moments module(video and imaging sharing module), and close friends module. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS ● ● ● ● ● Creating the sex offenders (convicted & remanded) list on the Lagos Criminal Information App Contributing and owning the first remote court application in Nigeria Deploying a HR software for Bukkahuts to enable them manage their employees across the country Leading the team that built the Fidelity Bank Green Rewards Loyalty Programme, migrating a customer base of 7+million people and over 58 million transactions to through a secure channel deployed across two servers. Contributing to several projects outside the shores of my contributing, thereby solving problems without having a physical presence in any of the jurisdictions.
