Jo Kye Tomas

As a highly skilled background of being an Administrative Assistant, I've been working on a private institution, handling projects with managers and dealing with the higher management in my company.

I worked with various departments, gather data from employees and make reports to be presented on meetings. I was able to work independently, do research and Presentations on Microsoft applications. I make reports, data entry and filling medical files. Multitasking is one of my skills when I need to handle different assignments. I prioritize tasks, make a list, and am able to apply time management to meet deadlines. I also organize and manage the orderliness of all files and become accessible when needed immediately.

I am very much involved in various executive meetings that require a high level of confidentiality and problem-solving. Moreover, I’m willing to learn and train for new ideas and management in the future.
