In my last role as a VMware/Windows Administrator, I build configured and deployed VMs using templates or ISO image and pre-configured templates (OVF), configure and manage ILO, configure and manage physical servers, RAID configuration, firmware and driver update on physical machines, perform V-motion and SV-motion, migration of servers from P2V and V2V, VM snapshot creation, deletion and disk consolidation, cloning, virtual disk expansion on servers, raw disk mapping and expansion on virtual machines, patching of ESX and servers through WSUS/SCCM, system administration of 2500+ servers in Windows 2003/2012/2016/2019, take care of regular operations activities including server health check (memory usage, CPU usage & disk space usages) and resolving if any issue is there, configure and manage file shares permissions and printers, provide support to users remotely using RDP tool, coordinate with vendors for end-to-end resolution, work on change management, service request, incident management, meeting the SLA's on time, and work on Service Now ITIL process.
