To ensure all tools & equipment are adequate and safe for use . To ensure safety guidelines being followed at work locations including provisions of construction safety manual prepared by safety officer. To ensure all workers are wearing right type of safety gear like helmet, jackets, gloves, etc and maintain record of the same. To ensure child labour is not engaged at the site. To facilitate safety audit to be conducted by safety officer. To issue work permit to contractors based on undertaking and application submitted by contractor. To keeping building & building premises clean & neat manner. To enforce stop work for a activity/contractor/location in case of safety guild lines are not being followed. 7) Reconciliation:- To avoid wastage of material like cement, sand, tile, steel excess than the specified limit. To maintain proper record of the issued material & do the the proper reconciliation. To support audit person at the time of monthly stock checking & reconciliation.
