Jitendra Bendsure

I am a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, and Software Tester with over 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry. I have hands-on experience working with real-time datasets, performing data analysis, building dashboards, and ensuring software quality through testing.

Currently, I am working as a Senior Data Engineer & Trainer at Hefshine Software Pvt Ltd (April 2023 – Present). In this role, I handle data cleaning, data transformation, and ETL processes using Python. I work with libraries like Pandas and NumPy to process and analyze structured and unstructured datasets efficiently.

I also design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI to support business decision-making. My focus is on creating clear, user-friendly, and insightful visualizations.

In addition to my technical role, I work as a Trainer where I teach Data Analytics, Python, and Power BI. I guide students through real-time projects and help them build practical industry-ready skills.

Previously, I worked as a Software Tester at Dijit Technology Services, Pune (January 2019 – March 2023). I have strong experience in manual testing, test case design, execution, bug tracking, and reporting.
