I was a Virtual Assistant for a European company, Satoshi Internet GmbH ( www.amzstars.com) from October 2016-December 2018. My main duties were to manage the product listing of the Amazon Sellers in our site. We mainly use Wordpress as the platform and Trello for Project and Task Management. I work closely with a team of web developers so we can address any issue that may arise within the platform. I also work as a Customer Service liaison for the company and a Customer Success Manager for our customers (Amazon Sellers). I make sure that their product campaigns are Live on our platform and deactivate it if need be.

Part of my extensive duties as a VA was also to moderate Facebook groups which had had direct influence with the European markets namely France, Italy, UK, Spain, and Germany. I post product deals on Facebook and market our clients' listing so as to increase interest and revenue. I also work as an ad-hoc manager with a couple of VAs within our team and strategise creative means to increase customer feedback and to promote good reviews for the seller's product on Amazon.
