lam a community health officer ,with experience with building resilience and strengthening the livehoods for individuals who and communities reach experience with working with public health, health promotion, htc provider, medical social work ,research, facilitation and mental health management.Currently studying Bsc Community health and hiv management (ongoing) Have diploma in community health, in combination certificate in community development and counselling. Also a HTC hiv counselling and testing certificate from Nascope. Have worked with Ilishe Trust,Afya bora medical, Kisauni health center for 8 years as an htc counsellor, also worked with International center for reproductive health kenya, as peer educator and researcher. Recently was working with path finder international in the concluding end project july 2020 programme at kwale county as an htc provider.more experience in implementing the projects with more experience in adolescent years and youth sexual and reproductive system health and rights and services drugs adhearence counselling and nutrition, including the but not limited to Hiv/Aids programming, hiv prevention therapeutic for guidance and counselling and testing Apns/pns identification, and linkage to care and treatment with follow up to ensure that viral suppression, contraceptives use and family planning, Gbv gender based violence, infections, infectious prevention disease, I mental health disorders hiv clients, Tb control, covid 19 control and prevention on WHO protocol on hiv vulnerable ,hygiene and sanitation. Hence working with the community to develope tailor made solution towards health promotion and disease prevention activities and is my best tenet.also have experience in sales marketing and data entry, research survey.
