Day to Day Operations of the Principal’s Office.

Preparing and presenting the weekly onboarding report and to the department directors during the bi-weekly onboarding meeting.
HR Functions
Implementing HR policies and procedures across the departments and tracking staff allocation based on the business requirements.
Evaluating manpower in order to check if all employees are abided by the set of rules and regulations and submitting recommendations to management for correct disciplinary measures.
Making relevant inquiries regarding employees’ termination and assisting in processing the payroll.
Drafting and submitting warnings, notifications and appreciation letters. Evaluating and ensuring all supporting documents or emails are present.
Talent Acquisition
Ensuring that employee training records are updated accordingly after the training. Evaluating the recruitment database for applications received from approved staff requisition requests.
Preparing and submitting monthly and weekly reports as per set deadlines to update the recruitment data and vacancies and communicating to the concerned department.
Synchronizing and enabling joining formalities for new staff as well as induction and orientation. Recruiting candidates through various sources i.e. referrals, online recruitment sites etc.
