I have been with the BPO idustry for almost 11 years. 6 years as a regular agent then running 5 years with leadership team. I started as a telesurveyor way back 2011 in a small call center here in our area dealing with an air purifying company based in canada. Our main objective is to find potential customers trough outbound survey related to indoor air quality. though its tough to do outbound prospecting I stayed there for 3years. In that small center I was given a chance as well to do part time booking for motion telecom. We call people to encourage them to switch over from their current telephone service provider to motion telecom. Then after that I moved to a different BPO company joining an outbound sales for a sattelite radio company. Got up skilled to inbound sales and outbound collections in the same account. When that bpo company decided to launch a new account which is for a telco inbound sales, I was chosen to pioneer the account which later open up outbound sales. With good performance I was promoted to be part of the leadership team and from there I handled my own team, managing performance and ensuring individual growth and development of my people. Right now I am supporting customer service for a food delivery company making sure that we deliver the best customer experience and the clients expectations at the same time.
