Hi, I’m Jimbross! but most people just call me Jim. I’ve spent the past 9 years building experience across a mix of roles, from sales and store management to property management and even working with a structural engineering firm. I’m currently in between jobs and looking for my next opportunity, somewhere I can grow, contribute, and bring real value to a team.

One thing I’ve learned throughout my career is that being versatile is one of my biggest strengths. I’ve managed people, handled customer complaints, scheduled maintenance crews, worked closely with tenants, and even supported engineering projects. No matter the role, I’ve always been the person who jumps in, learns quickly, and makes sure things get done right.

I don’t mind hard work in fact, I welcome it. I have a “whatever it takes” mindset and I take pride in being dependable, easy to work with, and eager to learn. Whether I’m leading a team or supporting one, I try to bring positivity, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership to everything I do.

I’m looking for a role where I can combine my experience with my work ethic and people skills ideally something like an Account Executive or a client-facing role where I can build relationships, solve problems, and help the team succeed. I may not know everything on day one, but I’ll show up every day ready to learn, improve, and give 100%.
