I have years of experience in Customer Service for outsourcing companies. I worked for a financial account in a BPO company as a Customer Service Representative and then got promoted to Customer Service Specialist. I took phone calls and inquiries from the customers about their credit card bill which includes; purchases, returns, missing orders/returns/credit, discount credits, return policies, disputes, fraud, and even payments. During those years I have developed great multi-tasking skills, self-confidence, a keen eye for details, and problem-solving capabilities. I am also organized, detail-oriented, and flexible, and can stay calm under pressure and able to maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
I then switched to a home-based job and became a virtual assistant for e-commerce for over 6 months. I was able to master processing sales, sending tickets to Zendesk, and reviewing payments to fulfill orders. Not only that, I also list items to marketplaces such as Shopify and answer customer's inquiries through email.
