Working in a highly customer-oriented industry honed me to be competent in my craft and allowed me to develop more skills. Over the years, I have transitioned from assisting clients' reservations, payment transactions, and clients' queries and concerns to handling the entire team and training newly hired employees. I have a strong command of both verbal and written English, am literate with Microsoft and Google programs, and can do basic computer troubleshooting if needed.
