I’ve been working as an customer service for three years. At my current job in the Billing department at AFNI Philippines and our account is Comcast. I assist customers who has billing concerns like dispute charges in bills, refund, and also explain why bill increased. Aside from assisting customers about their bill, we also offer services like TV service, Interner Service, Phone service and Home security Service
I’m known for being a detail-oriented, well-organized. I hit all the goals that we have , I’m a good communicator and I can juggle multiple tasks at once. In my performance reviews, my supervisor always notes that he appreciates my professionalism and enthusiasm for the job.
