For over 4 years, I specialized in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Administrative services. I have an experience in a fast paced BPO industry as an Email Associate and as a Customer Service Representative. I perform email support, email marketing and take calls for a US based company. I landed a job as a bank Sales Associate in which I have an exposure in dealing with clients and provide excellent customer service. I also perform other office and administrative tasks. I have a home-based work experience for 3 years as a data entry specialist and Amazon Product Sourcing Specialist. The experiences that I gained from my previous career has exposed me to situations requiring critical thinking and good interpersonal communication skills.
