Professional with over 2 years of experience analyzing retail data on a daily basis. My current role specializes in Churn Analytics, analyzing churn, and I have always participated in the ideation and development of solutions and deliverables.

• For over a year I have worked as a data analyst, with practical experience handling large volumes of data, developing reports that answer business questions, promoting high visibility and data availability for stakeholders, from managers and executives to partners, supporting strategic decision-making by transforming raw data into business information, providing visibility, interactivity, and agility in process metrics.

• I have practical experience in the data lifecycle (End-to-End), using Python and SQL for the collection, transformation, validation, and analysis of multi-source data (APIs, ERP, CRM). I developed robust automations with Airflow to orchestrate ETL/ELT pipelines in a cloud-based Data Warehouse (BigQuery), ensuring high availability, security, and data quality, in addition to building visualizations, Data Warehouse modeling, and descriptive/diagnostic analyses (including customer clustering).

• Currently, I am specializing in Artificial Intelligence Engineering through training at Scoras Academy. I am also developing my skills in Big Data Analytics and pursuing a degree in Data Science, deepening my Python programming for Data Science, Machine Learning, and automation, among other technologies.

• I strongly believe that continuous learning is extremely necessary for technology professionals, which is why I am always developing myself and writing code. Today, I am an enthusiast of technology, computing, statistics, mathematics, AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, and everything related to the multidisciplinary intersection of the scope of Data Science. Many subjects fascinate me and fuel my curiosity. This proves to be a means to master more and more tools and evolve my ability to solve business problems in diverse environments. Honing my data skills by understanding the entire data lifecycle from source systems to analytical purposes.
