I worked in the BPO industry for 6 years with meaningful experiences in customer handling both inbound and outbound calls. I was able to handle and manage my team and have been part of the operations leading a team of experts, trainees, and senior representatives. I also diverted myself in working from an office set-up to a work-from-home set-up which allows me to try more opportunities that help me harness my skills and competencies. I worked as a customer service representative in one of the top BPO Companies Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. I had meaningful experiences in customer services that allowed me to work with a variety of clients & teams of individuals.
