I have over 5 years of experience in supply chain and operations, 2 years in finance and accounting, and 1 year as a construction project engineer. My career includes 3 years in supply chain consulting, 2 years in finance and accounting consulting, and roles in operations, production, and warehouse management.

I have led initiatives that transformed business assessments into process improvements, developed job breakdowns and performance dashboards, and implemented visibility tools that increased efficiency by 5–10%. I also redesigned warehouse management processes, eliminating item losses and controlling payables growth from ₱800K to ₱1.1M.

My expertise covers inventory, warehouse, production, and purchasing management, as well as process analysis, gap identification, process design, continuous improvement, and data-driven KPI reporting.

I hold a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta, Las Piñas, and have completed Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training, Cin7 Partner Academy Fundamentals, and Project Planning & Control using Primavera.
