I have a 5-year experience in customer service and technical support. My work experience in BPO has given me the technical skills required to work as a virtual assistant. I have no virtual assistant experience yet, but I am more than capable to do any task/s. Although I don't have an experience yet as a freelancer, I trained for it with the help of VirtualWork PH and PRO VA that has allowed me learn and develop to be someone who's capable to do a SMM and Virtual Assistant job.
