Jhon Elizar Doydora

Hi there! I'm Jhon Elizar Doydora, but everyone calls me "Razzy." I'm 30 years old and currently living in Imus, Cavite, Philippines.

I’ve been in the customer service and operations industry for seven years now. Most recently, I worked at PayPal as an Escalation Supervisor, where I handled complex customer issues related to payments and disputes, account security, limitations, debit/credit cards, PayPal Savings, and merchant services.

Much of my work involved helping customers understand their spending limits, how to apply for cards or savings accounts, and what to do if they were not eligible. I always made sure to stay calm, listen actively, and respond with empathy—especially when dealing with sensitive concerns. I’d clearly explain the reasons behind eligibility decisions and offer guidance on how they could qualify in the future.

Before PayPal, I worked in the financial services sector, assisting US clients with payday loans. I handled outbound calls, verified applications, negotiated terms, and addressed concerns about APR and repayment options. This gave me strong experience in sales, negotiation, and financial product support.

I’ve also had the chance to lead a team, where I provided real-time feedback, held coaching sessions, and monitored performance to help the team hit our targets.

One of my biggest strengths is being a great listener. I take time to truly understand a customer’s concerns and respond with empathy. I’m also a fast learner and always eager to pick up new tools or processes.

In terms of systems, I’m experienced with Salesforce for case management, as well as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office. I'm confident I can quickly adapt to any new platform your company uses.

Outside of work, I love to cook—I often try new recipes I find online. My favorite dish to make is chicken adobo, a classic Filipino favorite. I also enjoy going on walks during my free time—it helps me clear my mind and stay balanced.
