I graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I previously worked as a IT Admin on my first job dealing with maintaining good equipment for the employees at the office and occasionally provide troubleshooting their assigned computers. After that, I pursued a career in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) as a customer/technical support representative and I've been specializing in this field ever since. I have been with only one BPO company (Telus International Philippines) and I mostly dealt with providing technical (inbound, email and, chat) support for Smart devices and smart medical devices (e.g. Smart watches, Smart Thermometer, smart Blood pressure monitors).
