I have been working in a Business Process Outsourcing industry for almost 6 years as a Customer Support Specialist and Technical Support consultant for U.S, U.K and Australian accounts. I was with one of the largest Call Center in the Philippines and was a top performer when it comes to excellent customer service.

Throughout more than four years of customer service, I acquired a broad knowledge essential to quality customer services, such as being an active listener, accuracy, time management, positive attitude, and empathy. I am adept at using all the usual Customer Service Representative and other software packages, from Microsoft Office and SharePoint to Google Docs, Canva, and Drive.

I am seeking opportunities as an entry level Virtual Assistant Specialist. I have extensive experience with calendar management, office tasks, email handling, social media marketing and management, sales, internet research, and data entry and would love to share those experiences with you. 

I am very responsive and willing to be trained. I can also work under pressure with minimal supervision. My average typing speed is 53-60 words per minute with over 99?curacy. I am a fast learner, flexible, efficient and professional at work.

I am a full-time free-lancer and can operate on Australian, U.K or U.S business/graveyard hours.
