My 14 years’ Customer Service experience in a different role such as Helpdesk Analyst, Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support, and Customer First Champion, have given me vast experiences with analysis, repair, escalation of customer complaints, and resolving issues and demands. I have the decision-making skills to prioritize support tickets appropriately, and to manage the time I spend on any given customer-initiated call. I also have the skills of people managing and process when I took part as POC on our team way back with my previous job and lately became a Team Leader as well. I do possess good attitude and knowledge towards work. I have always been an active team player in carrying out work activities. I am enthusiastic about my day-to-day work, and about attending in-service training programs to continue improving my skills.
